Job Title

BI Data Acquisition AnalystSummary

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across the Amadeus Hospitality Business Intelligence ecosystem. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technical teams to investigate data issues, maintain critical master data, support data governance initiatives, and drive continuous improvements that enhance the reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication between the business and technical teams throughout the data acquisition process.

Analyze and document business requirements to support the data acquisition process.

Identify areas for data quality improvement and resolve data quality problems through error detection, correction, process improvement, and process design strategies.

Utilize data profiling tools and database queries to uncover and determine root causes of data quality issues.

Recommend enhancements to data acquisition processes and systems of record to improve data accuracy.

Conduct ongoing data analysis and auditing to support timely and accurate delivery to clients.

About the ideal candidate:

Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of hotel operations, terminology, and data standards.

Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis is beneficial

Familiarity with ETL workflows, data warehousing, and/or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Proven ability to efficiently manage and implement tactical projects.

Understanding of database and data warehouse architecture is beneficial.

Self-starter who works well in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Fluency in English
