We invite an Intermediate Software Engineer to join our team responsible for integration services for a large payroll and HR platform supporting the entire employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll help build new integrations with third-party systems, maintain existing services, and contribute to a major upcoming migration from .NET and Node.js to MuleSoft.

✅ Is that you?

  • 2+ years of commercial software development experience
  • 6+ months of hands-on MuleSoft development experience
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
  • Ability to read and understand existing Node.js code
  • Experience building APIs, integrations, or backend services
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

  • Experience reading .NET code or working with .NET applications
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure
  • Experience using AI tools in day-to-day development

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll develop and support integration solutions for a large-scale payroll and HR platform while contributing to its ongoing modernization efforts.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between the platform and third-party systems
  • Analyze technical documentation and implement integration solutions
  • Support existing .NET and Node.js applications by troubleshooting and resolving production issues
  • Contribute to the migration of existing integrations to MuleSoft
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver integration projects
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and development planning
  • Contribute to continuous improvements across the platform
  • Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and project status to ensure visibility and alignment
  • Continuously expand your technical knowledge and adopt new technologies and tools
