Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Planning & Forecasting solution across our Oceania region. It’s the first step in a broader long term Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform initiative. Working closely with Finance, Technology, business stakeholders and our implementation partner, you will help shape future-state Planning and Forecasting processes, deliver system improvements and drive successful business adoption.
You will support requirements discovery through to final deployment, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into process and system design, thoroughly tested and successfully implemented. You will play a key role in standardising planning and forecasting processes, improving financial insights and supporting a major transformation initiative that will enhance how Finance partners work with the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to analyse current-state processes and define future-state planning and forecasting requirements.
• Support our implementation partner with the design and configuration of EPM planning models, business rules and reporting solutions.
• Participate in workshops to capture current state, business needs, document requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Analyse data requirements, support data mapping activities and define dashboard, KPI and reporting needs.
• Support testing activities, including test planning, UAT execution, defect resolution and business sign-off.
• Support business readiness through training, change management, deployment and post go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Technology teams and implementation partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
About You
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• CPA or CA highly regarded
• Experience in finance systems preferably Planning and Forecasting systems, SAP ECC FI/CO / Hyperion Financial Management will be highly regarded
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience supporting finance system implementations or transformation initiatives, ideally within a large corporate or FMCG environment.
