In this role, you'll:
Working as part of the Vendor & Performance Management team, you’ll help manage the operational governance of Transport’s strategic vendor relationships, supporting the delivery of services against contract and agreed performance standards.
You’ll contribute to service reviews, help drive remediation when performance slips, and support escalation through contractual mechanisms when needed. You’ll strengthen the governance frameworks that keep suppliers accountable, partner closely with service owners and vendor leadership, and help keep critical services reliable and improving in a busy, multi-vendor, round-the-clock environment.

About you
You’re an experienced service delivery leader with real exposure to the governance of strategic suppliers. You know how to hold a vendor to account against their contract and performance obligations, support the forums and reporting that drive accountability, and manage performance and risk across complex service arrangements.
You stay composed under pressure and communicate with credibility across a range of audiences. You’re recognised for building strong supplier relationships while keeping a firm hand on delivery, and for turning service problems into measurable improvement.
