Full description

The Manager, Product Enablement establishes and leads the Product Enablement function for the CaseBuilder platform. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services. This role owns customer-facing documentation, release readiness, and documentation governance to ensure every software release is accompanied by accurate, consistent, and implementation-ready product information.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Lead the Product Enablement function.
  • Own customer-facing documentation strategy and governance.
  • Maintain User Guides, Administrator Guides, Configuration Guides, and implementation documentation.
  • Own Release Notes, release communications, and release handoff packages.
  • Establish documentation standards, templates, and quality reviews.
  • Lead AI-enabled documentation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain training SCORM files for strategic client.
  • Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, QA, Professional Services, Support, and Product Management.
  • Measure documentation effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in product enablement, technical documentation, implementation, or related software roles.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Public safety software experience.
  • Experience with AI tools, or a strong interest in learning and applying AI to role-related responsibilities.
