The Manager, Product Enablement establishes and leads the Product Enablement function for the CaseBuilder platform. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services. This role owns customer-facing documentation, release readiness, and documentation governance to ensure every software release is accompanied by accurate, consistent, and implementation-ready product information.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

Lead the Product Enablement function.

Own customer-facing documentation strategy and governance.

Maintain User Guides, Administrator Guides, Configuration Guides, and implementation documentation.

Own Release Notes, release communications, and release handoff packages.

Establish documentation standards, templates, and quality reviews.

Lead AI-enabled documentation initiatives.

Create and maintain training SCORM files for strategic client.

Coordinate deliverables across Engineering, QA, Professional Services, Support, and Product Management.

Measure documentation effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years in product enablement, technical documentation, implementation, or related software roles.

Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Experience with Agile software development and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise SaaS experience.

Public safety software experience.

Experience with AI tools, or a strong interest in learning and applying AI to role-related responsibilities.
