Based in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi, the Product Quality & Operations Manager is responsible for owning and leading end-to-end supply chain operations for the Vietnam market, ensuring optimal product availability, quality, and operational performance. Reporting to the Operations Manager of SEA & India, this role is accountable for market execution, distributor governance, quality management, and claims operations, while contributing to selected regional process improvement initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Vietnam Supply Chain Operations:
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations in Vietnam, including order management, shipment planning, inventory monitoring, and delivery execution, while ensuring product availability and alignment with NZ Supply and regional teams.
- Distributor & Market Operations Governance:
Manage distributor operations, ensuring compliance with supply chain, storage, and quality standards, driving operational improvements, overseeing warehouse and stock handling practices, and serving as the key escalation point for market operational issues.
- Fruit Quality & Inspection Oversight:
Oversee market quality monitoring and inspections, ensure adherence to global quality standards, and coordinate the resolution of quality issues with regional and global stakeholders.
- Order Planning & Inventory Visibility:
Coordinate demand planning, order management, and supply allocation with Sales, IBP, and NZ Supply teams, while maintaining inventory visibility and proactively managing supply-demand risks.
- Claims & Quality Performance Management:
Oversee claims administration, monitor quality performance and claim trends, ensure accurate reporting, and support continuous improvement of claims processes and systems.
- Process Improvement:
Drive supply chain improvement initiatives by enhancing claims governance, inventory visibility, distributor capabilities, operational consistency, and digitalisation efforts across the Vietnam market.

We are seeking a commercially astute leader with deep experience in distributor-led or customer-facing supply chain environments in Vietnam. The successful individual will ideally bring:
Qualifications & Experience - Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English - 6-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or quality management - Experience in distributor-led or customer-facing supply chain environments - Strong background in demand planning, inventory management, and operational execution - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Food Science, or a related field (preferred) - Experience working across cross-functional and regional teams
Skills & Knowledge - Strong understanding of supply chain operations and market execution - Knowledge of quality management and inspection processes - Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, including SAP and BI platforms - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights - Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
