Full description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting audits, driving corrective actions, and contributing to operational excellence and product quality throughout the product realization lifecycle.

  • Maintain and improve the AS9100D Quality Management System.
  • Support external audits (AS9100, MIL-STD-790, ISO standards) and conduct internal audits.
  • Manage NCR, MRB, 8D, SPC, and corrective action processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and support quality investigations.
  • Administer quality software and maintain quality records.
  • Prepare monthly quality reports and KPI tracking.
  • Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering or related field.
  • Certified Quality Auditor, advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems.
  • Experience with AS9100 environment, advantage.
  • Fluent English and strong MS Office skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, assertive, and results-driven.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
