About the Role

Join our multidisciplinary team as a Manager/Senior Manager, Product Policy & Planning and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Singapore's skills and career ecosystem.

We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and self-driven individual to research, design, and implement pioneering policies that strengthen the quality and effectiveness of digital services for individuals.

Working at the intersection of policy, strategy, data, and operations, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and service delivery teams to ensure the policy intent is translated into impactful user experiences and service outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to enabling the workforce to make informed choices in their career and skills development.

This role suits individuals who are prepared to engage the ground, able to translate policies into operational practice and enjoy working collaboratively with product and business teams to contribute to the national skills and workforce development agenda.

[What you will be working on]

Key Responsibilities 

  

Key responsibilities of this role may include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Conduct research and use data to develop, innovate and review policies to ensure the digital products (not limited to MySkillsFuture and Careers & Skills Passport) continue to stay relevant and serve individual’s career and skills development needs  
  • Develop and review quality assessment policies and workflow to uphold product rigour, branding and integrity  
  • Analyse user data to identify opportunities to improve user journey, personalisation and engagement strategy, and work with product, partnership, marketing teams to evaluate the insights before conceptualising the implementation plan 
  • Walk the ground, engage stakeholders such as individuals, training providers, employers, data partners to gather industry intelligence and feedback, to inform forward planning and ensure our policies continue to stay relevant  
  • Track and report topline performance indicators for the digital products 
  • Maintain policy and operations manual for the digital products

What We Are Looking For 

  

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
  • Ideally you should have at least 2 years of experience in policy development, operations, or a related field, preferably within a public sector or digital services context 
  • Strong analytical and writing skills 
  • Proficient in data analytics and able to translate findings to inform policy formulation and planning 
  • Comfortable engaging stakeholders and able to communicate expectations clearly and constructively 
  • Familiarity with Singapore's continuing education and training (CET) landscape is a plus 
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and able to adapt to new demands as the work evolves    

Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
