Job Description

3-5 Nice to Have Skills: Some IT Network experience (routers, firewalls, etc.), working with Franchises and with Restaurant companies (Subway, Little Ceasars, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).

Proven experience as a Business Applications Analyst, preferably in a technical domain.

Strong understanding of QSR/Convenience store hardware and technical architecture (hardware, network, firewall, POS, payments, etc)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear directives for development teams.

Ability to effectively drive people, process, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with IT teams and business stakeholders, including facilitating discussions between technical and business staff.
