As an Analytics Solutions Associate at JPMorganChase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be part of Chase Product Domain, focused on transforming how we develop data solutions and deliver value to business, driving insights and smarter decision making. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of full stack engineers and data domain architects to develop and model required data views.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear data requirements and scalable BI solutions
  • Own the storytelling narrative and design stakeholder-centric solutions including dashboard and self-serve analytics
  • Drive business-led logics and requirements in data model through partnership with Data Architects
  • Proactively identify and resolve data breaks, drive root cause between product data and general ledger
  • Ensure adherence to BI solutions governance processes at all times

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3+ years of formal training or direct experience driving analytics solutions for consumer banking products within banking or financial services
  • Strong SQL and data modelling skills, with proven ability to build scalable solutions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Commercial acumen and expertise in retail banking products including current accounts, savings, credit cards, insurance and mortgages
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and influence stakeholders to ensure scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Proven self-starter who proactively identifies gaps, challenges requirements, and drives high high-quality delivery
  • Advanced data analytics and data visualization skills, with a sharp UX / UI sensibility
  • Innovation-oriented with ability to drive new approaches to data storytelling, design, and technology
  • Agile and adaptable to change and ability to drive fast-paced, iterative delivery

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Good understanding of data governance and privacy concepts
  • Familiarity with Python and advanced data science concepts
