Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Analyst Finance Supply Chain, you will play an important role in connecting financial insights with Supply Chain operations. You will support accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities, helping the Supply Chain Finance team understand performance, anticipate costs, and make informed business decisions.

Your work will focus on transportation and warehousing costs, bringing together financial data and operational perspectives to provide clear visibility into performance and future expectations. You will also contribute to reporting improvements and the implementation of tools such as SAC and Tableau, helping the team strengthen its data-driven approach.

What You'll Do

  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting for Supply Chain activities, including first-level analysis of results and clear explanations of variances versus forecast, plan, and prior performance.
  • Develop financial forecasts and scenarios based on agreed assumptions, supporting the Supply Chain Finance team in understanding future financial performance and potential cost developments.
  • Prepare inbound and outbound freight forecasts, ensuring transportation cost expectations are reflected accurately in financial planning and reporting.
  • Manage warehouse cost center budgeting, supporting the preparation, monitoring, and understanding of warehouse-related financial plans and performance.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Finance team to support transportation and warehousing forecast preparation, bringing together financial data, operational inputs, and business assumptions.
  • Prepare the monthly Supply Chain Cost Review Deck by Hub, consolidating relevant financial information and insights to support performance discussions and business reviews.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAC and Tableau reporting solutions, helping enhance financial reporting, analysis, data visibility, and the way Supply Chain Finance teams use information.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, General Finance, or a similar analytical finance environment.
  • Previous experience in Operations or Supply Chain is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to understand financial performance and identify meaningful variances and trends.
  • Experience working with large amounts of data, with the ability to organize, analyze, and translate financial information into clear insights.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with an openness to learning new tools, processes, and ways of working, including SAC and Tableau.
  • A collaborative and committed team player who is willing to learn, grow within the team, and build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
