  • Communicate with internal areas at all reporting levels and collaborate with data security teams to address operational issues and enhance monitoring controls
  • Perform policy tuning updates by coordinating with team members
  • Build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure for sensitive data discovery tools; configure access to data sources, manage virtual machine environments, and deploy containerized solutions (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Ensure process documentation is maintained, reviewed, and updated on an ongoing basis
  • Identify areas for automation and scripting improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Generate scanning reports and provide actionable insights on sensitive data exposure

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 2+ years of proven experience performing deep dive troubleshooting of sensitive data discovery platforms (StealthAudit, Kontxtual, Varonis, BigID, Cyera, Purview and similar tools) in complex environments and executing operational enhancements and support
  • Experience running and configuring sensitive data discovery tools with a focus on sensitive data in structured and unstructured datasets; demonstrated ability to configure access to multiple data sources
  • Experience with global deployments of data discovery products and/or cloud-based solutions; ability to configure integrations across hybrid environments
  • Hands-on experience with sensitive data criteria development, deployment, and configuration (regex, scripting, dictionaries etc.)
  • Familiar with Kubernetes or containerization technologies (Docker); ability to build, configure, and deploy container environments
  • Skilled with Linux, equivalent to an administrator level
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and SSO integration; experience configuring connections to cloud data sources
