Job Description

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Turning detailed or complex information into clear visual stories
  • Creating reports, documents and visual communications using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Building templates, toolkits and reusable design assets
  • Managing a mix of planned work and short-notice requests
  • Working directly with colleagues across Learning and Development, Brand, Marketing, Commercial and other teams
  • Making sure every piece of work is accurate, consistent and aligned with our brand
  • Handling confidential information with care

You’ll take ownership of your workload, communicate clearly and make sensible decisions when priorities change. You’ll also have the support of our Lead Graphic Designer and the wider team. We share ideas, review work together and give honest, constructive feedback to help each other improve.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Experience working in a graphic design role
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills
  • A portfolio showing presentation design, visual storytelling and business communications
  • Good working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
  • Clear communication and the confidence to work directly with colleagues at different levels
  • The ability to organise your workload and manage more than one request at a time
  • Strong attention to detail across proofreading, formatting, accuracy and brand consistency

Desirable

  • Experience designing for senior leaders or large organisations
  • Experience in retail, fashion, luxury, premium, lifestyle or sport
  • Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or Keynote
  • Experience creating templates, design systems or branded toolkits
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related subject

Where you’ll work

This is a Shirebrook-based role, reporting to the Lead Graphic Designer. You’ll also travel to our London office and other Frasers Group locations when the work requires it.
