Job Overview
The Product Services Manager leads a team dedicated to solving complex product and service challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll guide strategic issue resolution, lead high-impact projects, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across the Product Services function.

Highlights of your role
- Lead and develop a team of Product Services specialists, empowering them to confidently resolve complex customer and product-related challenges.
- Oversee high-impact service situations, balancing customer satisfaction, business priorities, and long-term risk management.
- Partner closely with Quality, R&D, Sales, and other teams to identify trends, influence solutions, and improve the customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen processes, service strategies, and team effectiveness.
- Champion Marvin's values by fostering collaboration, accountability, and a customer-first mindset across the organization.
