Full description

You will work closely with the Aerospace and Defense business to develop and execute sales strategies, provide technical expertise, and cultivate strong customer relationships.

You will report directly to Sales Director for Aerospace.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth and profitability of our organization by identifying new business opportunities, driving growth in the assigned market, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of advanced application and system solutions with key Aerospace and Defense customers
  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solution
  • Managing a Portfolio: Overseeing a portfolio of advanced applications and system solutions tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Developing Growth Strategies: Collaborating with the SAM to formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving business objectives with the supported customers, thereby directly contributing to revenue growth.
  • Building Relationships: Identify and develop strong relationships with engineers and key technical partners for new project opportunities which are essential for long-term business success.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the Aerospace and Defense markets, along with the technical capability to drive growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Account Strategy:  Provide daily technical support and problem resolution with your sales partners.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering roles, with a focus on advanced applications and systems
  • Technical background in advanced application and systems engineering
  • Technical background in sensing sales
  • Aerospace and Defense experience.

This position is Incentive Plan Eligible.

The annual base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $146,500. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
