As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- You manage the tolling product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle and ensure the operational management of products in close collaboration with internal departments and the sales organization.
- You identify and develop new markets and launch products internationally, working closely with Sales and Marketing to define and implement go-to-market strategies and sales concepts.
- You monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities while developing pricing strategies and customer conditions together with Sales.
- You plan, coordinate, and deliver projects as a Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager in collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants.
- You prepare business cases, profitability calculations, and cost-benefit analyses for individual service products and business areas.
- You take responsibility for budgets and investments in close alignment with department and business unit management.
- You support key planning activities for tolling products, including budgeting, mid-term planning, and seasonality forecasting.
- You create reports and contribute to the preparation of market reports for suppliers and service areas.
- You acquire and manage supplier relationships across Europe and provide product training to sales teams.
- You support Sales in managing key account customers, negotiate contracts and commercial conditions with suppliers, and work closely with Legal on contract development and review.
- You handle supplier-related complaints within Customer Care and contribute to special projects and cross-functional topics beyond the core portfolio.
What makes you stand out
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring initial experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Development.
- You have strong knowledge of conducting market, competitor, and potential analyses.
- You have experience in developing, prioritizing, and managing product roadmaps.
- Ideally, you have solid knowledge of the European tolling market, particularly in the areas of EETS, Toll Chargers, Toll Operators, and interoperability.
- You have a good technical understanding of IT systems, processes, and interfaces. Experience with Microsoft applications and SAP is an advantage.
- You have experience working with international partners, suppliers, and service providers.
- You are fluent in German and/or English, both written and spoken, and are confident in negotiations.
- Additional European languages, particularly Polish, Romanian, or French, are a plus. Ideally, you are proficient in these languages at a native-speaker level.
