Key Account Manager – Industrial Automation
Reporting to Country Leader for Digital Energy and Industrial Automation
Role Purpose
- The Key Account Manager – Industrial Automation represents Schneider Electric’ Industry Business Portfolio to C-levels of customers’ organization and driving the business unit in the country.
Responsibilities/Activities
- Demonstrate business and sales leadership and drive team of industrial automation business unit
- Develop & Grow Channel Partner business for Automation, Drives and SCADA systems
- Forecast correctly and manage top and bottom lines assigned to Business Unit
- Closely monitor the opportunity portfolio and develop a strong pipeline
- Create program and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter into key markets.
- Experience and Education:
- Team Leader / Expert (8 - 10 years of experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Requirements
- English language proficiency
- The potential candidate should have an excellent understanding of the channel sales aspects of Industrial Automation PLC’s & Drives etc. with Channels Management Background (Distributors, System integrators and OEM) and should be capable of leveraging relationships with partners and key end users.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports but requires good teamwork capabilities and the incumbent may be responsible for training and reviewing work of other team members.
