Salesforce Team Lead

Role Overview: The Salesforce Team Lead will provide technical guidance and drive the development of high-performance enterprise solutions through direct implementation and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end development of critical features, taking personal ownership of high-complexity code implementation while ensuring the team adheres to enterprise-grade standards.

• Code Standards & Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous development protocols, ensuring all programmatic solutions are optimized for the multi-tenant environment through direct implementation and technical audits. • Strategic Integration Management: Oversee the design and maintenance of secure, high-volume REST/SOAP-based integrations across the enterprise landscape. • System Health & Performance: Proactively manage technical debt and identify systemic performance bottlenecks to ensure long-term platform stability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications • Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced JavaScript. • Platform Architecture: Deep expertise in Salesforce transaction flow, execution order, and the architectural implications of Governor Limits. • Integration Expertise: Proven track record of implementing secure, high-volume REST/SOAP web services. • DevOps Strategy: Extensive experience driving Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing complex CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and version control systems like GitLab or GitHub. • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) is required. Preferred Skills • Modern Development & Tooling: Advanced mastery of SF CLI, environment strategy using Scratch Orgs, and the implementation of Unlocked Packages for modular development. • Advanced Automation: Proficiency in designing sophisticated DevOps workflows using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. • Specialized Capabilities: Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and the integration of Einstein AI features (e.g., Prompt Builder and Copilot) within the development lifecycle. • Marketing Cloud Foundational Knowledge: Base experience with Marketing Cloud, including a conceptual understanding of data synchronization via Marketing Cloud Connect and basic familiarity with AMP Script or SQL for data extensions. • Digital Engagement: Familiarity with Messaging for In-App and Web (MIAW)
