Java Fullstack Lead Las Vegas NV Onsite '

Rapid Eagle Inc is looking for a talented and driven Java Fullstack Lead to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end development, lead a skilled engineering team, and build powerful, scalable applications that make a real impact. Responsibilities:

  • Lead fullstack development efforts using Java-based backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and modern frontend technologies
  • Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web applications
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Drive CI/CD pipeline management, DevOps integration, and deployment strategies
  • Ensure application security, performance optimization, and code quality standards are met
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Java fullstack development with a proven leadership track record
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
