Qualifications and Experience required:

• A completed relevant 3/4-year technical diploma or degree (Honours or postgraduate degree preferred), or equivalent work experience. 

• Strong theoretical programming grounding. 

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience, preferably within the fintech industry. 

• Oracle Java SE 7/8 Programmer certification. 

• Working knowledge of DB2. 

• Experience with Spring Boot, Java 7/8, JPA/Hibernate, and Object-Oriented Programming. 

• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as GIT and Jenkins.
