WHAT WILL I DO?

Start your Finance career with the General Mills Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and join a company that welcomes bigger, bolder thinking and allows for insatiable curiosity. The FLDP is designed to provide incoming analysts with a variety of roles and experiences, building skills in technical foundations, functional depth and business basics. FLDP analysts receive training to accelerate their impact.

The FLDP encourages candidates to demonstrate leadership, hone critical thinking skills and develop business context, all while experiencing our culture of belonging. At General Mills, we strive for all employees to be valued, connected and empowered.

After completing the FLDP, your career path will lead to increasing accountability as a Senior Financial Analyst.  While the majority of Finance roles are in Minneapolis, your post-FLDP career could take you across the globe to other General Mills facilities in North America or worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics 

• Graduating in Spring 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• A leader who can drive results and make an impact

• Possess strong analytical skills, work well as part of a team and communicate effectively

• Demonstrate curiosity and a passion for learning, and ability to influence others

The base salary for this position is $71,000. General Mills is committed to providing fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, performance, and academic background.
