About the role
Reporting to the Senior APAC Finance Planning & Analysis Manager, this role works closely with the Corporate Finance Controllership team and key stakeholders across applicable business divisions to provide financial planning, analysis, and decision-support insights. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to drive financial performance, support forecasting and reporting activities, and contribute to business planning initiatives. Key requirements include strong financial planning and analysis experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the India business.
- Support business partners and the Senior APAC FP&A Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Develop financial models and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate business opportunities and assumptions.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending appropriate mitigation plans.
- Prepare accurate month-end reporting and management presentations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with APAC FP&A teams to improve reporting quality and support budget and forecast processes across ANZ countries.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Must-have requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business analysis, or management accounting within a multinational organisation.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proven ability to interpret data, support data-driven decision-making, and present findings through clear visualisation and storytelling.
Nice-to-have requirements
- Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Hyperion, as well as Salesforce and Power BI.
- Demonstrated project management skills and awareness of emerging technologies, including AI and digital finance tools.
- High levels of adaptability, resilience, initiative, accountability, and time management, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.

The guide salary for this role ranges from 1,400,000 – 2,000,000 INR per year. Your actual pay will be based on factors including your experience and expertise.
