BRIEF DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team and support the day-to-day operations of the company’s IT infrastructure. The role is responsible for maintaining systems and networks, providing technical support to end users, and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the IT environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems in both client and server environments.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, with particular focus on LAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network services.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP).
- Ability to provide technical support to end users, handling first and second-level support requests.
- Installation, configuration, and management of corporate workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices).
- Administration of user accounts, management of permissions, and workstation configurations.
- Ability to identify and resolve hardware, software, and configuration issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms, preferably VMware.
- Monitoring backup systems and verification of the successful completion of backup and recovery procedures.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices for protecting IT infrastructure.
- Support in the updating, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure.

NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with enterprise ERP environments (e.g., JGalileo, SAP) and/or AS400 (IBM i) systems.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
- Familiarity with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam Backup & Replication).
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- At least 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Good command of technical English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

SALARY RANGE
€25,000–€38,000 gross per year
