About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with hotel operators, decision-makers, customers, and prospects.

The Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new Stayntouch products, features, integrations, and enhancements.

You will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and the broader Marketing team to understand what we are building, why it matters, who it is for, and how we should bring it to market. You will develop the positioning, messaging, launch plans, customer communications, and enablement materials needed to drive awareness, adoption, and commercial impact.

This role is ideal for someone who can understand technical product details, uncover the customer value behind them, and communicate that value in clear, straightforward language.

What You’ll Do

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Own go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, integrations, and major product enhancements.
  • Partner with Product to understand the roadmap, intended users, customer problems, competitive context, and business objectives behind each release.
  • Determine the appropriate launch level, audience, channels, messaging, timeline, and success metrics for each release.
  • Build and manage cross-functional launch plans that clearly define deliverables, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and responsibilities.
  • Ensure Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partnerships, and other internal teams are prepared before launches.
  • Balance major product launches with a consistent cadence of feature announcements and adoption campaigns.

Positioning and Messaging

  • Develop clear and differentiated positioning for Stayntouch products, capabilities, and solutions.
  • Translate technical features into meaningful customer benefits and practical use cases.
  • Create messaging frameworks that explain who a product is for, what problem it solves, why it matters, and how it is different.
  • Maintain consistency across the website, sales materials, campaigns, customer communications, product announcements, marketplace listings, and partner content.
  • Work with Content, Demand Generation, Brand, and Digital teams to bring product stories to life across marketing channels.
  • Ensure messaging reflects the language, challenges, and priorities of hotel operators rather than relying on technical jargon.

Sales and Customer Enablement

  • Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product briefs, battlecards, objection-handling guides, competitive comparisons, talk tracks, FAQs, and demo support materials.
  • Train Sales and Customer Success teams on positioning, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
  • Provide teams with clear guidance on which customers and prospects will benefit most from each product or feature.
  • Partner with Sales to understand the questions, objections, and competitive issues coming up in the market.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support feature adoption, customer education, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Create customer-facing resources that help hotels understand and use new capabilities.

Customer and Market Insights

  • Conduct customer interviews, win and loss analysis, internal interviews, and market research to understand customer needs and buying behavior.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Stayntouch’s target audiences, buyer roles, use cases, pain points, and decision criteria.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and changes in hotel technology.
  • Bring customer, market, and competitive insights back to Product and company leadership to help inform roadmap and business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Stayntouch’s overall positioning and product narrative.

Launch and Product Performance

  • Define launch and adoption metrics in partnership with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
  • Measure performance across awareness, engagement, sales readiness, customer adoption, pipeline influence, expansion, and revenue.
  • Report on launch results and recommend changes based on performance and feedback.
  • Establish a repeatable product marketing process that improves cross-functional coordination and launch effectiveness.
  • Continue supporting products after launch through ongoing campaigns, customer stories, education, and sales enablement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Five or more years of experience in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Experience leading go-to-market programs for new products, features, or software releases.
  • A strong understanding of product positioning, messaging, customer research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • The ability to understand technical product information and translate it into clear customer value.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple launches and priorities at the same time.
  • A customer-first mindset and curiosity about how people evaluate, purchase, adopt, and use technology.
  • Comfort using data and feedback to measure results and improve future launches.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews and turning qualitative insights into actionable messaging.
  • Experience in hotel operations, hospitality technology, travel technology, or property management systems is preferred.

What Success Looks Like

  • Established a clear and repeatable go-to-market process for product and feature launches.
  • Improved coordination and visibility across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Created product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates Stayntouch’s value and differentiation.
  • Ensured Sales and Customer Success teams are prepared to speak confidently about new capabilities.
  • Increased awareness and adoption of important products and features.
  • Developed stronger customer and competitive insights that help inform product and business decisions.
  • Built a consistent system for measuring launch effectiveness and commercial impact.
