As we continue to expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Business Analyst, Software Requirement Specifications Writer (SRS), to join our team.
As a Business Analyst within the Product team, you will be responsible for transforming business needs into clear, structured, and technically precise documentation that supports the development and enhancement of HFM’s products. You will play a key role in ensuring clarity, accuracy, and full traceability across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed sessions with Product Managers and stakeholders to capture business initiatives.
- Translate initiatives into BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and complex system logic/workflows.
- Prepare flow diagrams, process maps, and system logic documentation to eliminate ambiguity.
- Create and manage structured tickets (EPICs, Features, Stories, Sub-tasks) with measurable acceptance criteria, ensuring approval before sprints.
- Define data and reporting requirements in collaboration with BI teams.
- Clarify requirements, identify edge cases, validate outcomes for QA, and participate in UAT for functional alignment with approved specifications.
- Maintain version-controlled documentation in Confluence for audit readiness, regulatory traceability, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Contribute to improving documentation standards and analysis processes within the Product Department.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English - an extra language would be considered an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
