Summary

As Finance Manager – Commercial & Engineering, you will serve as the primary financial partner to our Commercial, Product Management, and Engineering organizations. You will influence decisions related to revenue growth, pricing, customer and product profitability, new product development, and strategic investments. This position provides regular exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions that directly impact the growth, profitability, and long-term success of SENS.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the finance leader supporting Commercial, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Lead Bookings, Revenue, and commercial forecasting processes.
  • Analyze customer, product, pricing, and margin performance to improve profitable growth.
  • Develop business cases supporting new product development, engineering investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve forecasting, product profitability, and commercial performance.
  • Support strategic planning, long-range forecasting, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Present financial insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build scalable forecasting, reporting, and KPI processes that enable data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance.
  • Experience supporting Commercial, Product Management, or Engineering organizations.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business partnering skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel and experience with ERP, CRM, and BI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA.
  • Manufacturing or industrial industry experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed company.

Location: Longmont, CO

Base Compensation: $142,000 - $160,000 is the projected annual base salary range for this role and will be determined on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
