Job Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Role Overview and Expected Deliverables
- Ensure stability and uptime of applications - Drive and maintain compliance of applications - Automate manual and repetitive tasks
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience with Secrets Management, Vulnerability Patching, Certificate Lifecycle, Software/Application upgrades, Tech Resiliency - Extensive experience addressing risk control metrics such as password rotations, obsolescence, user access management - Strong background in automating manual processes - Experiene working in monitoring and observability tools e.g. Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch - Building, deploying, and maintaining AWS components using CloudFormation e.g. EC2, S3, IAM, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB - Strong understanding of Secure by design principles - GitOps and CI/CD experience e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, ArgoCD - Experience performing cleanup/decommissioning activities - Capability to perform L1/L2 on-call support functions
Delivery Approach & Ways of Working
- Able to come to the Gurugram office 3 days a week - Flexibility of working hours where needed - Experience working within Agile delivery framework - Use of JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation
