  • Lead and manage cybersecurity engineering services across IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability management, cloud security, infrastructure security, OT security, firewall security, operating system security, and data and AI security. 
  • Define and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap, technical standards, and secure-by-design principles. 
  • Oversee managed security service providers, including SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance. 
  • Drive IAM, PAM, and IGA solutions supporting identity lifecycle management and least-privilege access. 
  • Establish enterprise vulnerability management processes and remediation tracking. 
  • Develop security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, and OT environments. 
  • Lead the enterprise Security Review Process for projects, applications, vendors, and technology changes. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to align security architecture with business objectives. 
  • Communicate cybersecurity program status, initiatives, and risks to senior leadership. 

What Makes You the Right Fit 

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or related experience. 
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing security teams or providers. 
  • Expertise across multiple security domains including IAM, PAM, IGA, cloud, infrastructure, network, data, or OT security. 
  • Experience with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks. 
  • Experience leading security architecture reviews or risk assessments. 
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS security principles. 
  • Proven vendor management experience. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

How Would You Stand Out? 

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or CCSP. 
  • Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, Ping Identity, or similar platforms. 
  • Familiarity with IEC 62443 and AI security governance practices.
