Computer Systems Analyst III

Part time

Work Environment:

Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of onsite and remote support.

Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.

 

 

Summary:

We are seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III to support the analysis, design, enhancement, and maintenance of complex business and information systems. This role works closely with technical teams and stakeholders to evaluate requirements, develop system solutions, improve operational processes, and support mission-critical initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business and technical requirements to develop effective system solutions.
  • Design, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications and information systems.
  • Gather, document, and validate user requirements and system specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate proposed system improvements and enhancements.
  • Identify and resolve data integration challenges across multiple systems and sources.
  • Develop system workflows, functional designs, and technical documentation.
  • Recommend technology solutions, process improvements, and system optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems align with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
  • Provide guidance to junior analysts and support cross-functional project teams.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and system design.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources, system integrations, and enterprise applications.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting government, defense, engineering, logistics, financial, or operational systems.
  • Knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with database technologies, reporting solutions, and process automation.
  • Experience leading analytical efforts or mentoring junior team members.
