Job Overview:
LPL Financial is seeking an execution-focused AVP, Product Analyst to lead initiative coorindation within our Cash Management domain, including capabilities such as Payments (ACH, FedNow, Zelle, Debit), 3rdparty Banking & Retirement. This role is responsible for cooridnating and delivering solutions that enhance the advisor and client experience, ensure operational efficiency, and support the firm’s broader financial ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership. This role requires a balance of delivery thinking, stakeholder management, dependency tracking and detailed management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison & Communication
- Acts as a fully integrated team member coordinating at the program level.
- Represents the team and product priorities in forums.
- Analyzes business systems and clearly communicates requirements through epics and stories so they are understood and accpeted by upstream dependent teams and downstream consumers.
Agile Release Train Support
- Ensures the product backlog is clear of blockers and dependecies for the critical path.
- Creates user stories as needed to supplement Product Owners
- Participates in product increment planning, daily stand-up meetings (scrums), reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Develops and maintains standards for progress visibility & reporting.
- Assists as needed with backlog maintenance.
- Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Management
- Steers the project to ensure delivery of business value.
- Is visible, vocal, and objective with agency.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry
- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analysis, Product Management, and/or Program Management experience within an agile delivery framework

Pay Range:
$109,283.00 - $182,104.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
