Overview:
- Workstyle: Remote
- Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations Excellence
- Travel Expectations: Minimal travel; will be determined by business needs and may include occasional trips for key meetings, collaboration opportunities, or area-connected events.
- Physical Requirements/Demands: This is a primarily sedentary, home-based role that requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer. The role involves regular use of standard office equipment, such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone. What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a Salesforce-certified administrator and revenue operations expert to own and enhance the Salesforce experience for our Revenue team. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, operational precision, and process improvement mindset. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling Sales team success through the seamless use of systems and tools.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or Salesforce program management
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and data integrity
- Experience in book of business (BoB) management, account assignment strategies, and user permissions
- Strong analytical skills with experience building custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, tech-enabled solutions
- Background in managing customer or account transitions with minimal disruption
Compensation:
We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.
- For this salaried temp exempt position is $85-$120k. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.

What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary Salesforce program owner for Revenue, managing system configuration, setup, and ongoing improvement efforts
- Own and manage books of business, including assignments, reassignments, ownership policies, and transition workflows
- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards to enable insight-driven decision-making and proactive sales management
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Care, and Analytics teams to ensure that Salesforce processes support business goals and team workflows
- Lead projects tied to customer book moves, AE transitions, and organizational shifts, ensuring data integrity and communication throughout
- Regularly assess team feedback, system performance, and adoption metrics to identify friction and develop process improvements
- Maintain clean, organized documentation on processes, permissions, and reporting architecture
- Provide support for training and support to ensure Salesforce features and changes are well understood and adopted by the Sales team
- Serve as a technical liaison with RevOps, Analytics, and IT to ensure Salesforce integrations and enhancements are properly scoped and executed

- Value and clarity of dashboards and reports used by Sales leadership and AEs

- Reduction in manual work, flags, or misassignments due to book setup
- Consistency and accuracy of business-critical KPIs tied to revenue performance
