As a Lab Data Analyst I at ICON, you will be responsible for managing and analyse laboratory data to support clinical research studies.
What You Will Do:
You will contribute to clinical laboratory operations activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing laboratory data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining and updating databases, performing regular data validation and quality control checks.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data management and reporting needs for clinical research projects.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of data collection, management, and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant clinical laboratory operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, biology, or chemistry.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role, preferably in a laboratory or clinical research environment.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team goals and project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%)
