As a Business Analyst-Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients, offering guidance on compliance strategies and helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business and system requirements, prepare solution proposals, and translate requirements into functional specifications.Support build deliverables, plan and perform test activities, provide end-user training, and create end-user documentation
- Lead deployment, stabilization, and steady-state support for solutions. Frequently interact with all levels of the organization, interpreting technical documentation to meet business needs
- Identify system and functional interdependencies and accurately translate business requirements into detailed functionality requirements
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide strategic compliance guidance to clients - Managing and inspiring teams to deliver quality work and build meaningful client relationships - Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations - Implementing compliance frameworks and conducting compliance risk assessments to mitigate potential risks - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements - Conducting compliance audits and reviews to confirm adherence to regulatory requirements - Developing and maintaining compliance programs to support clients in regulatory risk management - Interpreting data to inform business strategies and enhance internal controls for clients - Collaborating with clients to anticipate needs and deliver tailored compliance solutions - Promoting creativity and innovation in compliance program implementation and governance strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4-8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional project teams. Experience in UAT testing
- Experience working in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector
- Extensive experience interpreting user needs and writing/editing functional specifications for new systems or enhancements
