The Opportunity
The Senior Specialist, Analyst independently delivers complex analysis to enable Agile execution and business outcomes for clients and advisors in the wealth management portfolios. This role translates complex needs into actionable secure solutions, supports a range of Technology initiatives including AI- and data-enabled initiatives, while operating within persistent delivery teams and supporting ongoing product evolution. The Senior Analyst also applies sound judgement across delivery, risk, and stakeholder engagement. The role bridges business, technology, data, and AI teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions that enhance advisor productivity and client engagement. The role is positioned to lead modern product delivery, AI-enabled initiatives, and Salesforce-centric business analysis in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis activities for moderately complex products, platforms, or cross-pod workstreams, ensuring traceability from business outcomes to system functionality and data flows.
- Translate business needs into high-quality user stories, data mappings, and solution designs
- Analyze systems, datasets, or delivery performance to generate insights and recommendations enabling timely decisions while balancing business value, risk, and delivery feasibility.
- Support AI-enabled solutions through feature definition, model input/output analysis, data quality considerations and operational integration
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, quality assurance teams and stakeholders
- Define and support measurement of solution outcomes, including quality, adoption, operational impact, and risk reduction.
- Apply and refine delivery standards by producing high‑quality analysis artifacts, identifying gaps or inefficiencies in existing practices, and recommending practical improvements to analysis and delivery approaches
- Actively participate in the Product & Delivery Chapter to share practices, contribute to standards, and support continuous improvement across pods.
•Where applicable, lead triage and analysis of application/data issues that may affect reliability. May be required to coordinate investigation, escalation, and communications across teams.
- Where applicable, maintain runbooks and troubleshooting notes to support consistent resolution and handoffs.
- When required, work within incident/problem processes and drive assigned issues to closure.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience
- 3–6 years of progressive analyst experience in Agile environments
- Strong analytical judgement and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to facilitate requirements discussions, identify dependencies, and drive clarity across stakeholders and delivery teams
- Experience producing high-quality analysis artifacts such as user stories, process flows, data mappings, or acceptance criteria
- Experience working with Salesforce platforms, including the ability to analyze data using SOQL and perform data analysis using SQL.
- Able to understand complex data models, integrations, APIs, and end-to-end business processes across enterprise systems
Additional Preferred skills
- Salesforce Certifications demonstrating strong expertise in Salesforce clouds, specifically Experience Cloud.
- Deep Platform Knowledge: Practical expertise in Salesforce functionalities, including permissions, security, and sharing architecture
- Good understanding and working knowledge of salesforce solutions in wealth management domain
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve client, advisor journeys and product enablement
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,500 - $94,500, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
