Job Summary

Your Career

As a Principal Product Manager, you will shape the future of identity security by leading data-intensive and AI-driven solutions across the organization. You will drive research and product initiatives to automate processes, address evolving threats, and protect critical digital assets.

Your Impact

  • Identify Opportunities: Collect, prioritize, and communicate product requirements. Define product features, manage the product roadmap, and clearly articulate future releases and strategic direction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Security Researchers, Legal, Sales, Professional Services, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive product success by actively engaging with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers, communicating roadmap updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Research and Strategy: Conduct continuous product and market research to identify key opportunities, drive incremental improvements, and inform strategic product and business decisions.
  • Lead Data-Intensive Platform Initiatives: Drive end-to-end ownership of data-driven solutions that enable multiple products, leveraging advanced AI/ML capabilities to deliver impactful cybersecurity outcomes.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML and Data trends and technologies, ensuring the product evolves to meet both current and future customer needs.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 5+ years in product management
  • Experience with leading Data products or AI/ML solutions, working with complex data & analytics solutions. A must.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in large global organizations
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand complex systems
  • Strong understanding of how product’s use cases affect data modeling, infrastructure, and analytics and the ability to prioritize product features based on business objectives and ROI.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (mainly in English)
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions
  • Fast learner, adaptable to dynamic environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in information security – an advantage
  • BSc in computer-science/engineering, or 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development – an advantage
