Salesforce Center of Excellence Lead

About the Role:

ListEngage’s internal enablement department, ListEngage Academy, is partnering with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to hire and install a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead in TCS’ Seven Hills Park delivery center in Milford, Ohio. While the position is located within a TCS office, the role reports to the Head of ListEngage Academy. The responsibilities consist of CoE leadership and governance, business demand and growth, stakeholder management, and talent strategy and development. The individual will serve a pivotal role in growing the joint Salesforce practices by bridging the gap between business demand and talent availability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The following are the primary responsibilities:

  • CoE Leadership & Governance
  • Lead the Salesforce CoE
  • Define standards and best practice
  • Oversee delivery quality
  • Ensure the reuse of assets and accelerators
  • Business Demand & Growth
  • Drive internal demand for Salesforce services
  • Lead executive-level pitches
  • Define the Salesforce growth strategy
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with account leadership, the global Salesforce practice, and ecosystem partners to scale the Salesforce business
  • Talent Strategy & Development
  • Own the training and certification strategy for junior Salesforce talent
  • Upskill internal resources into Salesforce roles leveraging enablement options
  • Attract and hire experienced Salesforce professionals externally

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in Salesforce-led growth, delivery, and capability building
  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
  • Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Data 360, Agentforce, and Industry Clouds

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong program management, organizational, and execution skills
  • An executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate workforce needs into a scalable talent development program
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
