Job Title: Senior Golang + .Net Engineer (.NET / AWS / Golang)

Location: LATAM residents: Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Brazil or Mexico

Work Model: Candidates must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).

At Coforge, we are looking for a Senior Golang + .Net Engineer (#20853-19-1) with the following profile.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Golang & .NET technologies.
  • Build and implement scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in technical reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with team standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to backend services and components leveraging foundational Golang knowledge.
  • Support onboarding activities through technical guidance and knowledge sharing with new team members.
  • Promote software engineering best practices, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges to ensure project continuity and delivery success.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Mandatory Requirements

  • +5 years experience with .NET application development.
  • +3 years experience and Foundational knowledge of Golang.
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions in AWS Cloud environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with AI tools, technologies, and development practices.
  • Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and distributed systems.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement and engineering excellence initiatives.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
