What we need:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Network L3, this role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of network infrastructure. The Sr. Engineer, Network will serve as a technical subject matter expert and support the resolution of complex network issues while contributing to network enhancement initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure and services
- Investigate and resolve complex network incidents and performance issues
- Support network upgrade, migration, and optimization projects
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor network performance and recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
- Support capacity planning and infrastructure expansion activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business and operational requirements
- Participate in maintenance activities and service restoration efforts
- Ensure compliance with network standards and operational best practices
The successful candidate:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications operations
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and network troubleshooting
- Experience working in ISP, telecommunications, or enterprise network environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Good competence in English is preferred
