Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Tosca SAP Automation Tester to design, execute, and maintain automation frameworks for SAP applications. The role involves validating end-to-end business processes, ensuring quality across implementations, migrations, and regression cycles, and leveraging Tosca’s advanced features for efficient test automation. 

 

Responsibilities 

• QA & Tosca Expertise: Apply strong QA methodologies with relevant Tosca automation experience. 

• SAP Automation: Execute automation testing for SAP applications using Tosca. 

• Project Types: Work across fresh implementations, migrations, and BAU regressions to validate SAP systems. 

• DEX Execution & Setup: Perform and manage Tosca DEX execution and environment setup. 

• Framework Development: Build and maintain Tosca automation frameworks, leveraging RTBs, TDS, SAP modules, and reusable components. 

• Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers and business analysts for resolution. 

• Documentation: Prepare test plans, scripts, and execution reports. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align automation with business needs. 

 

Required Skills 

• Strong QA background with relevant Tosca automation experience. 

• Hands-on expertise in SAP automation using Tosca. 

• Experience with DEX execution and setup. 

• Proficiency in Tosca framework components (RTBs, TDS, SAP modules). 

• Solid understanding of SAP project types (implementations, migrations, regressions). 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• Expertise in Selenium with any programming language (Cypress, Java, Python, C#, Java script) 

• - Logical programming and debugging skills.  

• - Automation framework development/enhancement experience is a must. 

• - Experience in robot framework is a plus. 

• - Experience in a fast-paced agile environment. 

• - Good interpersonal and communication skills 

• - Good debugging skills and an ability to identify issues quickly and effectively 

• - Experience in developing automation framework for testing Restful web services 

• - Experience in Jenkins, configuring jobs, executing TestNG test cases from Jenkins 

• - Good Understanding about Data structure and algorithms 

• - Good knowledge on Relational Database/SQL Queries 

• - Worked on Manual functional/regression/integration testing 

• - Strong understanding of APIs and experience of automating APIs 

 

• Logs/monitoring: browser dev tools, Kibana/CloudWatch (nice-to-have).  

 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

• Java, Selenium, Python, C#, Java script, Robot framework
