Your Mission is to lead the technical direction of our mobile platform. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role with deep expertise in iOS development and broad knowledge across the mobile ecosystem, including Android and cross-platform technologies such as Flutter. You will own the architecture of our iOS application, mentor other talents, and help build scalable mobile products from the ground up.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead the architecture and technical direction of our iOS platform.
  • Design and build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications from scratch.
  • Make key architectural decisions that support long-term product growth.
  • Mentor and coach iOS, Android, and cross-functional engineers.
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work closely with Backend teams on API design and mobile architecture.
  • Build and maintain modern Mobile CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases.
  • Improve release quality through automation testing and continuous integration.
  • Define and monitor application performance, crashes, startup time, memory usage, and reliability metrics.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and continuously optimize user experience.
  • Introduce new technologies and engineering practices that improve developer productivity.
  • Own technical initiatives from concept to production.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
  • Extensive experience building and shipping large-scale iOS applications.
  • Proven experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
  • Experience building products or platforms from scratch.
  • Strong experience working in Agile product teams.
  • Excellent product sense and business understanding, with the ability to quickly transition into a Product Engineer mindset.
