As Project Manager at Ford Credit, you are a key driver of Ford’s transformation. Your role is to lead the execution of complex and cross-functional IT projects that are defining current processes at Ford Credit.
We are looking for a strategic individual who shapes the way we work to deliver world-class services. You will embody the Set Ready Ford mindset within the Center of Excellence team by constantly seeking ways to simplify processes, remove bureaucracy and accelerate delivery. You are expected to lead projects by anticipating risks before they become roadblocks and to deliver excellence by ensuring every project outcome exceeds customer expectations. Your goal is to ensure Ford stays lean, agile, and ready to "Go Further."
