SAIC’s Core Creative Multimedia Production is currently seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and provide support to an up-tempo, creative environment for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer located in Northern VA. As a Graphic Designer, you will work in a dynamic production environment and assist with defining customer requirements, developing solutions, and creating innovative production concepts. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Drawing on diverse perspectives to solve design problems and drive effective solutions
- Translating ideas into compelling visuals and motion graphics
- Collaborating closely with others and applying feedback to improve and evolve work
- Working collaboratively to build relationships and accomplish tasks through formal and informal channels
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Some experience with and/or knowledge of motion design (e.g., Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory
- Experience conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly effective graphics
- Excellent visual design skills, in addition to, enhancing them with motion
- Must be up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
