Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer who can help build and maintain our state-of-the-art cloud SaaS environment where multiple teams and partners can work together to deliver the best experience for our customers. You will join a team of highly skilled engineers to successfully build and operate our next generation CIAM Cloud offering.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot cloud applications to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Develop and manage automation and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, GitLab).
  • Write and review Infrastructure as Code across AWS and GCP.
  • Support database systems (design, migration, backup, HA, monitoring).
  • Analyze requirements and propose scalable, secure solutions.
  • Monitor systems, manage configurations, and optimize performance.
  • Handle production issues and provide L2/L3 support (on-call included).
  • Implement AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Document processes and share knowledge across teams.
  • Ensure security best practices and cost-efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in DevOps/SRE and cloud-based applications.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS or GCP.
  • Hands-on with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, YAML).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab).
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash).
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and concepts.
  • Understanding of production operations (on-call, monitoring, incident management).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in distributed, international teams.
