Neo Surgical Group is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in Personal Injury, Orthopedics, Spine Care, Neurology, and Surgical Services. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Project Manager / Executive Assistant to support executive leadership and oversee key operational projects across our medical practices.
Position Overview
The Project Manager / Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, helping drive organizational initiatives, coordinate projects, improve workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong healthcare experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership.
- Manage, coordinate, and track organizational projects from start to finish.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action plans.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
- Assist with operational improvements and implementation of company initiatives.
- Collaborate with providers, department managers, billing teams, case advocates, and outside partners.
- Prepare reports, presentations, SOPs, and executive correspondence.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and align with organizational goals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Executive Administration, Healthcare Operations, or Practice Management
Experience in Personal Injury, Orthopedic, Spine, Neurology, or Surgical Practices
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with AHCA standards and Florida healthcare regulations
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Fluent in both English and Russian (Required)
