As a Vice President Product Solutions Manager in Fusion Customer Success team in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams. You will guide clients in leveraging Fusion’s data, analytics, and AI platform. You will collaborate with business, product, engineering, and client teams to ensure successful platform adoption and satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
  • Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
  • Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Fusion platform capabilities, including data, analytics, and AI. Provide technical expertise and guidance for prioritized use cases, webinars, and events
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend optimal Fusion solutions. Support the development, documentation, and communication of common solution patterns to accelerate Fusion adoption
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers and platform teams to ensure integrated and effective solution delivery. Promote platform awareness, usage, and adoption through enablement activities and client engagement
  • Track and report on adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement. Advocate for best practices in data, analytics, and AI delivery and platform adoption
  • Support cross-product platform initiatives and provide feedback to inform platform enhancements. Foster strong collaboration across Fusion product, engineering, and client teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
  • Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
  • Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data, analytics, and AI technologies in financial services or a related industry
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and support for complex platform solutions
  • Experience working directly with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions to production
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and client enablement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with Fusion platform components or similar enterprise data and AI platforms
  • Experience with platform enablement, technical advocacy, or strategic implementations
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, controls, and best practices
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent
  • Track record of delivering innovative data, analytics, and AI solutions at scale
