As a Java Microservices+EJB+Banking/Insurance - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your knowledge to analyze complex concepts, interpret data, and inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance - Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java, Microservices, and EJB to deliver exceptional user experiences - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise application architecture and improve business processes - Utilizing API management and application lifecycle management tools to streamline software development and maintenance - Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain quality software standards - Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas - Managing client relationships and understanding their needs to deliver tailored software solutions - Leveraging continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to optimize software deployment and updates - Engaging in business requirements analysis to align software development with strategic objectives - Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
