What You'll Do
As a Quality Assurance & Scheduler Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by ensuring the accuracy and quality of field work.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound quality assurance calls to verify completed work.
- Confirm information submitted by field staff and identify any discrepancies.
- Review and audit completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Document findings and communicate quality concerns to management.
- Upload, organize, and maintain spreadsheets and electronic records.
- Enter data accurately into databases and tracking systems.
- Assist with scheduling staff, appointments, and daily assignments.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Help identify trends
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence.
- Comfortable making a large number of outbound phone calls daily.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Requirements
