Full description

Role overviewPetroApp is seeking a hands-on CRM Solutions Architect / Implementation Specialist to design, build, and continuously improve our CRM environment.

You will own the CRM lifecycle – from business-process discovery and solution design through configuration, automation, integration, reporting, user adoption, and ongoing optimization. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to translate business requirements into simple, scalable CRM solutions.

This is not solely an administration role. We need someone who can understand how the business operates, challenge inefficient processes, design the right solution, and implement it.

Key responsibilities• Own the architecture, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of PetroApp’s CRM.

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable CRM solutions.
  • Design and maintain data models, modules, fields, page layouts, pipelines, stages, validation rules, permissions, and role hierarchies.
  • Build workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, alerts, scheduled actions, and guided business processes.
  • Automate lead capture, qualification, assignment, follow-up, conversion, onboarding, and customer-lifecycle activities.
  • Configure dashboards, reports, forecasts, and management views that provide reliable operational insights.
  • Integrate the CRM with PetroApp’s internal systems and third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Develop custom functions or extensions when standard platform capabilities do not meet business requirements.
  • Manage data imports, migrations, mapping, cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing data-quality controls.
  • Establish CRM governance covering data ownership, naming conventions, required fields, access controls, documentation, and change management.
  • Diagnose system issues and coordinate with platform support teams or external vendors when necessary.
  • Document the CRM architecture, configurations, workflows, integrations, and operating procedures.
  • Train users and create clear onboarding and reference materials.
  • Monitor user adoption and work with department leaders to improve CRM usage and process compliance.
  • Assess new CRM features and related business applications based on their value to PetroApp.
  • Support future platform evaluations, upgrades, or migrations as business requirements evolve.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, or administering a major CRM platform.
  • Experience delivering a CRM implementation or significant redesign from requirements gathering through launch.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, customer onboarding, account management, and customer-support processes.
  • Experience configuring workflows, custom objects or modules, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems through APIs, webhooks, middleware, or integration platforms.
  • Experience with data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and validation.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical and process designs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho One.

  • Zoho CRM certification or relevant Zoho implementation credentials.
  • Experience with Deluge scripting and applications such as Zoho Analytics, Desk, Campaigns, Books, Forms, Creator, or Flow.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major CRM platforms.
  • Experience working with mobile applications, marketplaces, logistics, automotive services, fuel technology, or other transaction-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with SQL, business-intelligence tools, identity management, and data-security practices.
  • Experience driving CRM adoption across multiple departments.

Ideal candidateYou combine business-process thinking with hands-on technical ability. You are comfortable speaking with business leaders, mapping an unclear process, proposing a better design, and then building it yourself.

You favor straightforward, maintainable solutions over unnecessary complexity. You care about data quality, user experience, documentation, security, and measurable business outcomes.

  • You will own and shape the security function in a high-impact, hands-on lead role.
  • You’ll work at the intersection of security, reliability, and platform engineering, directly influencing how PetroApp scales.
  • Opportunity to work with a modern tech stack and a team that values pragmatism, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • A culture that cares about doing the right thing for customers and partners, with leadership support for investing in security and reliability.
