About the Role
Develop software programs, algorithms, and automated processes that cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large, complex datasets from multiple disparate sources. Manipulate and engineer data across diverse domains, collaborating with other data scientists, engineers, and AI teams to prepare scalable data pipelines and intelligent system frameworks. Build, validate, and maintain AI (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Agent-based) models; diagnose and optimize performance; apply them to business-focused analytical and automation use cases. Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation systems that augment decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Communicate meaningful, actionable insights and AI-driven recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex technical results into clear business outcomes. Build cross-functional partnerships and consensus to align AI innovation with product, technology, and business strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor data teams, and influence analytics and AI roadmaps; assess complex situations to recommend AI-driven solutions with measurable impact. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.
Salary Range: $194,834 - $287,900 Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.What You'll Do
- Developing algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from disparate sources;
- Designing scalable end-to-end data pipelines and intelligent system frameworks using distributed processing and querying;
- Building, validating, and maintaining ML/DL/agent-based models, including diagnosing and optimizing performance;
- Applying predictive and generative/agentic AI methods (e.g., regression, boosted trees, ANN/CNN, LLM fine-tuning, RAG, multi-agent systems) to business use cases;
- Designing and deploying AI agents and automation systems to improve decisions, operational efficiency, and customer experience;
- Communicating AI insights and recommendations by translating technical results into clear, actionable business outcomes; and
- Utilizing Python, R, Spark, Hive, SQL, and cloud AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure ML, Databricks, Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker) to deliver scalable solutions and support cross-functional alignment
Who You Are
Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Math, Business Analytics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related role
