Our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru plays a critical role in delivering enterprise value—driving global programs, digital transformation, and operational excellence across Finance, Digital & Technology, HR, and Procurement.

You will be part of the Project & Program Management capability, partnering closely with global business, functional leaders, and the Transformation organization to deliver Haleon’s strategic roadmap.

You’ll be empowered to own end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑year, multi‑workstream programs that cut across functions, regions, and operating models.
Your Role (Senior Manager Level)
The Project & Program Management function has end‑to‑end accountability for planning, governance, and successful execution of Haleon’s strategic initiatives—spanning business transformation, digital enablement, process excellence, and operating model evolution.
As a Senior Manager, your role is pivotal in shaping program strategy, front‑ending delivery, and ensuring realization of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Leadership
- Own and lead large, complex, enterprise‑wide programs with multiple interdependent projects.
- Shape program vision, success measures, and delivery strategy aligned to Haleon priorities.
- Drive portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning in partnership with senior leadership.
Planning & Delivery Management
- Facilitate discovery and planning workshops to define scope, benefits, milestones, and dependencies.
- Develop and baseline integrated program plans, including timelines, resource models, and financials.
- Track progress rigorously against plan; proactively course‑correct to ensure outcomes are achieved.
Governance & Financial Control
- Establish and run robust governance frameworks aligned with Global PMO standards.
- Prepare high‑quality content for executive reviews, tollgates, and steering committees.
- Monitor budgets, benefits realization, and risks; manage changes through formal change control.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Anticipate and manage complex cross‑functional risks and dependencies.
- Act as primary escalation point for delivery, resourcing, or decision bottlenecks.
- Drive clarity and timely decision‑making with senior stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Executive Management
- Build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and functional leaders globally.
- Communicate progress, trade‑offs, and outcomes clearly and confidently at executive level.
- Maintain a structured stakeholder engagement and communication plan.
Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement
- Champion standardized delivery methods, tooling, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in program delivery maturity across the GCC.
- Leverage Agile, hybrid, and waterfall approaches as appropriate to business needs.
Additional Responsibilities at Senior Manager Level
- Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of high‑visibility programs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Project & Program Managers within the team.
- Shape future program opportunities and contribute to enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Partner closely with Transition, Transformation, and Digital leaders to ensure integrated delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience
- 14+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
- Proven delivery of large‑scale, global, cross‑functional programs in complex environments.
- Strong experience working with senior leaders (Director / VP level and above).
- Background in Consumer Goods, Healthcare, or large multinational environments preferred.
Skills & Capabilities
- Deep expertise in program, project, and portfolio management principles.
- Strong financial acumen including budget ownership and benefits tracking.
- Demonstrated resilience and leadership in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
- Hands‑on experience with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Planview, Teams).
Certifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent project/program certification preferred.
